On this rainy Saturday afternoon, I want to call your attention to a great letter to the editor by Jack Carroll of Democracy for New Hampshire's Fair Elections Committee. Responding to an editorial in the San Antonio Express-News, Bexar voting system must be dependable, Carroll made the case for paper ballots and outlined New Hampshire's election laws that protect open, honest elections. It's well worth reading.
