The Jamaica Plain Democrat, an attorney who specializes in constitutional law and is a national leader on voting rights issues, has come out swinging at incumbent secretary William Galvin for qualifying signatures for an initiative petition to put an anti-gay marriage amendment on the 2008 ballot, despite allegations that signatures were obtained fraudulently.
