John Bonifaz wants to make the voting process easier for all and wants to be the voters’ voice in state government.

"I believe we need people in politics today who are going to stand up and fight," he said.

The Democratic candidate for secretary of state, running against current Secretary William Galvin, spent Sunday afternoon presenting his platform and answering questions from area supporters at a fundraiser at Sarah Cannon Holden’s house. This event was sponsored in part by the Lincoln Democratic Town Committee.
